1. Check if your hard disk is going to100%.
Head to the Task Manager on your PC.
Check the Disk Tab and see if the process System is causing the problem.
If so, head to the Command Prompt in administrator mode.
In the CMD type, sfc/scannow and wait for the process to be completed to 100%.
If the CMD shows that Windows didn’t find any integrity violation then you should proceed with step 2.
2. Check whether there are any Viruses.
In this scenario, I will be using Kaspersky Security Cloud.
Then run Both Quick Scan and Full Scan.
